criteria of delivery range will be controlled by Dining123
program. If the customer's location is out of area of delivery

delivery time, such as peak hour rush and extreme weather

Dining123 offers a variety of payment methods for your
convenience. We charge the yearly service in advance by credit
card or a withdrawal from your bank account. As long as your fax
orders are over 1000 a year, we ask $0.15 for each additional
fax transaction. Prepaid credit towards transaction faxing is
purchased in $25.00 increments. There is no monthly service
charge, unused credit never expires.
