How do I register?

Please visit your desired restaurant website then click the "member login" button at the top of navigation bar. It’s an easy one-time process. For the next time, all you have to do is enter your ID and password for the process.

 

 

Having trouble logging in or registering?

Make sure you are logging in with your ID and password that you used to register. When you register it to make sure that all required fields are filled in. .

 

 

How much does it cost?

Absolutely nothing. Dining123 is totally free for the general public to register and use.

Can I pre-order food?

Yes, there are two options Dining123 offer. One is through regular order process, at the end adding your comment. The other is selecting "reservation" for your pre-order.

 

 

Is there a minimum order?

Dining123 provides dine-in, pick-up, delivery, and reservation services. Each participating restaurant has individual ordering guidelines. The minimum order is only for delivery service, you will find the information at the restaurant main page. If your order does not reach the minimum order requirement, Dining123 will not show up "delivery" service when you're ordering.

 

 

What is the restaurant delivery range?

Each participating restaurant has its own delivery range. The criteria of delivery range will be controlled by Dining123 program. If the customer's location is out of area of delivery range, Dining123 will not allow customer to place an order. For deltails of delivery range, refer to restaurant main page.

 

 

What about delivery charges?

Each participating restaurant has its own ordering guidelines. Please refer to the restaurant main page. Delivery charges will be displayed on your guest check throughout the ordering process and is automatically calculated into your total.

 

 

How long will my order take?

Your order will be delivered to restaurant within 3 minutes. The restaurant should call you within 15 minutes to confirm your order. Dining123 estimates your order should not take more than 60 minutes to be delivered or 20 minutes for pick-up, but this may vary from restaurant to restaurant.

**Be aware that there are some factors that can increase the delivery time, such as peak hour rush and extreme weather conditions. We ask all restaurants to contact our customers if their delivery time will exceed 60 minutes.

 

 

What if I have not received my food yet?

How do I know if a restaurant will provide the delivery service?

Each restaurant has its own delivery range and charge. Please refer to the restaurant main page.

 

 

How do I pay for my food?

There are three options in the payment type, cash, check, and charge. Please refer to the restaurant main page. If you select "charge" payment during you're ordering, Dining123 will not collect your credit card information. The restaurant will be dealing credit card information with you directly.

 

 

What if I need to change or cancel my current order?

I was charged for my order but I never received it, what do I do?

Is it safe to submit my credit card information online?

Dining123 does not provide this service. The restaurant will contact you to collect your credit card information on the phone. For security reason and privacy policy, Dining123 does not keep customers' credit card information.

 

 

What is the confirmation email?

The confirmation email contains your order details, restaurant phone number, and instructions if you have any questions regarding your order to ask the restaurant.

 

 

What if I do not receive my confirmation email?

First, please check your junk, bulk, trash and spam folders. Second, after 20 minutes if you don't receive restaurant confirmation call. Please call the restaurant immediately or use our "contact restaurant" page.

 

 

What if I forget my password?

Just click "member login" button at the navigation bar of the main page, then click "forgot your password" link to retrieve your password via your email.

 

 

How do I cancel my account?

It is not necessary to cancel your account. Our service is free and you never know when you might need it again. If you still want to cancel, please contact us and we will deactivate your account.

 

 

How do I make changes to my account?

How come the prices on your web site are different than the menu?

What do I do after receiving the orders?

Please call the customer to confirm the order as soon as possible. If the customer pay the order by credit card, please collect credit card information from the customer on the phone.

 

 

How can I update my menu?

Please fax menu changes to Dining123 with the mark of the changes. All menu updates will be administered in the order that they are received. Please allow up to one working week for any menu changes to be made.

 

 

How come the prices on your web site are different than the menu?

How can I pay my bill?

Dining123 offers a variety of payment methods for your convenience. We charge the yearly service in advance by credit card or a withdrawal from your bank account. As long as your fax orders are over 1000 a year, we ask $0.15 for each additional fax transaction. Prepaid credit towards transaction faxing is purchased in $25.00 increments. There is no monthly service charge, unused credit never expires.

 

 

What if my bill is incorrect?

What if I have multiple restaurants with the same restaurant name?
